Very dark black/cherry-red colour.
Complex aroma, ripe fruit with liquor, liquorice, coffee, balsamic, toffee and mineral undertones.
In the mouth it is flavoursome, fleshy, elegant, balanced and fresh, with mature tannins and a final covering of dairy notes.
Serving temperature: 16º.
Decanting is recommended.
Made from their oldest wine-producing districts, with the lowest level of production.
Stocks grown on sandy, argillo-calcareous earth, such as the Montecillo, Cascajos and Llanillos Pago varieties.
Their fruits form the basis of their Torresilo. Carefully selected to produce the best wine.
